sec.39 Modifying boats
This section prescribes a condition for an M1, M2, T1 or T2 licence. The holder of the licence may modify the primary boat identified in the licence only if— the modification does not change the number of hull units for the boat; or the modification is of a kind allowed under section 40 . s 39 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 89 (sec.39-ssec.1) This section prescribes a condition for an M1, M2, T1 or T2 licence. - (a) the modification does not change the number of hull units for the boat; or
- (b) the modification is of a kind allowed under section 40 .
