sec.36 Condition about length of primary boat
A primary boat may be used in a commercial fishery only if its length is no more than— if a fishery provision about the fishery states that a primary boat longer than a stated length must not be used in the fishery—the stated length; or otherwise—25m. s 36 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 89
- (a) if a fishery provision about the fishery states that a primary boat longer than a stated length must not be used in the fishery—the stated length; or
- (b) otherwise—25m.
