sec.31 Particulars to be legible, visible and in English
This section applies if a person is required under this regulation to write or mark particulars in or on a document or other thing. markings on floats attached to fishing apparatus markings on boats The person must write or mark the particulars in or on the document or thing, legibly, visibly and in English. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Subsection (2) does not prevent a person writing or marking the particulars in another language in addition to English.
