sec.24 Application of part
This part applies to an authority that authorises the use of a boat (an authorised boat ) in a commercial fishery if— the authority states a sequence of letters or numbers for the boat; or the chief executive has given the holder of the authority a written notice (a boat mark notice ) stating a sequence of letters or numbers for the boat.
