sec.20 Duration of fishing priority
An authorisation for a commercial fisher to use nets in an area of a commercial fishery under section 18 or 19 continues— for no more than 6 hours from when the fisher is ready to fish with a net in the area; and only while the fisher is ready to fish with a net in the area.
- (a) for no more than 6 hours from when the fisher is ready to fish with a net in the area; and
- (b) only while the fisher is ready to fish with a net in the area.
