sec.180 Ending of net fishery ‘NX’
The net fishery (NX) ends on 30 June 2027 at the end of the day. From 1 July 2027— any provision of this regulation providing for NX fish to be taken in the net fishery (no. NX) is of no effect; and any reference to the fishery symbol ‘NX’ on a primary commercial fishing boat licence or any other document is of no effect. s 180 ins 2023 SL No. 194 s 9 (sec.180-ssec.1) The net fishery (NX) ends on 30 June 2027 at the end of the day. (sec.180-ssec.2) From 1 July 2027— any provision of this regulation providing for NX fish to be taken in the net fishery (no. NX) is of no effect; and any reference to the fishery symbol ‘NX’ on a primary commercial fishing boat licence or any other document is of no effect.
