sec.18 Fishing priority—ocean beach fisheries

This section applies— to each commercial fisher acting under a primary commercial fishing licence; and for using a net in an ocean beach fishery. Each of the commercial fishers is authorised under the licence to use a net— in the ocean beach net area identified by the fisher; and in the order in which the fishers are ready to fish with the nets in the area. s 18 amd 2020 SL No. 236 s 124 sch 2 (sec.18-ssec.1) This section applies— to each commercial fisher acting under a primary commercial fishing licence; and for using a net in an ocean beach fishery. (sec.18-ssec.2) Each of the commercial fishers is authorised under the licence to use a net— in the ocean beach net area identified by the fisher; and in the order in which the fishers are ready to fish with the nets in the area.
