sec.168 Existing primary boats for commercial fishing boat licences

This section applies in relation to a commercial fishing boat licence for a commercial fishery, in effect immediately before the commencement, if the primary boat for the licence is longer than the maximum length permitted to be used in the fishery under section 42(4).
