sec.166 Nominees under particular authorities continue
This section applies if— the holder of a licence gave the chief executive a notice nominating a person to act under the licence under the expired Fisheries Regulation 2008 ; and the notice is still in effect. The notice is taken to have been given to the chief executive under this regulation. s 166 (prev s 121) renum 2020 SL No. 236 s 13 (sec.166-ssec.1) This section applies if— the holder of a licence gave the chief executive a notice nominating a person to act under the licence under the expired Fisheries Regulation 2008 ; and the notice is still in effect. (sec.166-ssec.2) The notice is taken to have been given to the chief executive under this regulation.
- (a) the holder of a licence gave the chief executive a notice nominating a person to act under the licence under the expired Fisheries Regulation 2008 ; and
- (b) the notice is still in effect.
