sec.164 Catch disposal record available for inspection
A commercial fisher who makes a catch disposal record must ensure the record, or a copy of the record, is available for immediate inspection while the fish the subject of the record are in the physical possession of the commercial fisher or an assistant fisher who is under direction of the commercial fisher. s 164 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 156 (amd 2021 SL No. 29 s 29 (17) )
