sec.152 Requirement to give prior notice—fish loaded onto vehicle

This section applies if— either— fish are taken in a commercial fishery mentioned in schedule 4 , part 1 ; or fish are taken under a fishery symbol without using a boat; and the fish are loaded onto a vehicle. The commercial fisher in control of the fishing operation in which the fish were taken must give a notice (a prior notice ) to the chief executive before the vehicle onto which the fish are loaded leaves the place at which the fish are loaded. s 152 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 156 (sec.152-ssec.1) This section applies if— either— fish are taken in a commercial fishery mentioned in schedule 4 , part 1 ; or fish are taken under a fishery symbol without using a boat; and the fish are loaded onto a vehicle. (sec.152-ssec.2) The commercial fisher in control of the fishing operation in which the fish were taken must give a notice (a prior notice ) to the chief executive before the vehicle onto which the fish are loaded leaves the place at which the fish are loaded.

• (a) either— (i) fish are taken in a commercial fishery mentioned in schedule 4 , part 1 ; or (ii) fish are taken under a fishery symbol without using a boat; and
