sec.149 Particulars to be stated in notices
A notice given under this part must— state the numerical part of the licence number of the primary commercial fishing licence under which the fish the subject of the notice were taken; and if the person giving the notice is prompted, by the way used to give the notice, to state particular information—state that information. s 149 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 156
