sec.148 Notices to chief executive
A notice given to the chief executive under this part must be given— by using the AIVR system; or in another way approved by the chief executive, including, for example, another communication system. If a notice is required to be given under this part and a person uses the AIVR system to give the notice, the person does not comply with the requirement until the person receives, in response, a transaction number from the system. s 148 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 156 (sec.148-ssec.1) A notice given to the chief executive under this part must be given— by using the AIVR system; or in another way approved by the chief executive, including, for example, another communication system. (sec.148-ssec.2) If a notice is required to be given under this part and a person uses the AIVR system to give the notice, the person does not comply with the requirement until the person receives, in response, a transaction number from the system.
