sec.141 New proposed landing place
This section applies if— a fishing operation has started; and the commercial fisher in control of the fishing operation decides to change the proposed landing place for the fishing operation. The commercial fisher in control must give the chief executive a notice (an amending notice ) stating the new proposed landing place for the fishing operation. An amending notice must be given at least 1 hour before— for a fishing operation for taking fish using a boat but not using a seine net—the boat lands at the new proposed landing place; or for a fishing operation for taking fish using a boat and a seine net—fishing is carried out at the new proposed landing place; or for a fishing operation for taking fish without a boat—the fish taken in the fishing operation land at the new proposed landing place. s 141 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 156 (sec.141-ssec.1) This section applies if— a fishing operation has started; and the commercial fisher in control of the fishing operation decides to change the proposed landing place for the fishing operation. (sec.141-ssec.2) The commercial fisher in control must give the chief executive a notice (an amending notice ) stating the new proposed landing place for the fishing operation. (sec.141-ssec.3) An amending notice must be given at least 1 hour before— for a fishing operation for taking fish using a boat but not using a seine net—the boat lands at the new proposed landing place; or for a fishing operation for taking fish using a boat and a seine net—fishing is carried out at the new proposed landing place; or for a fishing operation for taking fish without a boat—the fish taken in the fishing operation land at the new proposed landing place.
- (a) a fishing operation has started; and
- (b) the commercial fisher in control of the fishing operation decides to change the proposed landing place for the fishing operation.

- (b) for a fishing operation for taking fish using a boat and a seine net—fishing is carried out at the new proposed landing place; or
- (c) for a fishing operation for taking fish without a boat—the fish taken in the fishing operation land at the new proposed landing place.
