sec.139 When limited pre-trip notice may be given

This section applies if— a pre-trip notice (the earlier pre-trip notice ) has previously been given to the chief executive under section 138 in relation to a primary commercial fishing licence; and the earlier pre-trip notice is the most recently given pre-trip notice in relation to the licence; and 1 or more pre-trip particulars of the fishing operation are the same as the pre-trip particulars stated in the earlier pre-trip notice (the equivalent pre-trip particulars ). The commercial fisher in control may give a notice (a limited pre-trip notice ) to the chief executive before the fishing operation starts. A limited pre-trip notice must state the pre-trip particulars for the fishing operation other than the equivalent pre-trip particulars.
