sec.136 Definitions for part

In this part— earlier pre-trip notice see section 139 (1) (a) . limited pre-trip notice see section 139 (2) . pre-trip notice — for division 2 —see section 138 (2) ; or for division 3 —see section 145 (2) . pre-trip particulars — for division 2 —see section 138 (3) ; or for division 3 —see section 145 (3) . proposed landing place means— for a fishing operation for taking fish using a boat but not using a seine net—the landing place at which the boat will be landed at the end of the fishing operation; or for a fishing operation for taking fish using a boat and a seine net—the beach or foreshore at which the boat will be used to carry out fishing; or for a fishing operation for taking fish without a boat—the landing place at which the fish will be landed at the end of the fishing operation. recreational fishing operation means a fishing operation to carry out recreational fishing. s 136 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 156
