sec.135 Purpose and application of part
This part prescribes conditions for the following licences— a primary commercial fishing licence; a commercial fisher licence. Division 2 prescribes conditions for the commercial fisher licence of the commercial fisher in control of a fishing operation for taking fish under a primary commercial fishing licence. However, division 2 does not apply to a fishing operation conducted under a primary commercial fishing licence if— 1 or more of the fishery symbols ‘L4’, ‘N3’, ‘N12’ or ‘N13’ is written on the licence; and the commercial fisher in control of the fishing operation intends to take fish in the fishing operation only under 1 or more of those symbols. Division 3 prescribes conditions for the primary commercial fishing licence that identifies an authorised boat that is to be used by a commercial fisher to conduct a recreational fishing operation. s 135 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 156 (sec.135-ssec.1) This part prescribes conditions for the following licences— a primary commercial fishing licence; a commercial fisher licence. (sec.135-ssec.2) Division 2 prescribes conditions for the commercial fisher licence of the commercial fisher in control of a fishing operation for taking fish under a primary commercial fishing licence.
