sec.133 Logbook entries to be given to chief executive
The commercial fisher in control of a fishing operation must give to the chief executive the original or a copy of each entry for the fishing operation made in the approved logbook (TEP animal interaction) for the primary commercial fishing licence under which the commercial fisher is acting— if the approved logbook (TEP animal interaction) is electronic—within 24 hours after the fishing operation ends; or if the approved logbook (TEP animal interaction) is in paper form—within 7 days after the fishing operation ends. s 133 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 156 (amd 2021 SL No. 29 s 29 (6) )
- (a) if the approved logbook (TEP animal interaction) is electronic—within 24 hours after the fishing operation ends; or
- (b) if the approved logbook (TEP animal interaction) is in paper form—within 7 days after the fishing operation ends.
