sec.128 Logbook entries to be available for inspection

This section applies if fish taken in a fishing operation are in the physical possession of the commercial fisher in control of the fishing operation. The commercial fisher in control must ensure the following is available for immediate inspection— if the fishing operation has not ended—the approved logbook (commercial fishing) for the primary commercial fishing licence under which the fish were taken; if the fishing operation has ended—a copy of the entry relating to the fish from the approved logbook (commercial fishing) for the primary commercial fishing licence under which the fish were taken. s 128 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 156 (sec.128-ssec.1) This section applies if fish taken in a fishing operation are in the physical possession of the commercial fisher in control of the fishing operation.
