sec.123 Approving logbooks
The holder of a primary commercial fishing licence may apply to the chief executive for approval of a logbook for the licence for recording information under part 3 or 4 . The application must be in the approved form. The chief executive may— approve the logbook for the licence; or refuse to approve the logbook for the licence. If the chief executive refuses to approve the logbook, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice about the decision. s 123 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 156 (sec.123-ssec.1) The holder of a primary commercial fishing licence may apply to the chief executive for approval of a logbook for the licence for recording information under part 3 or 4 . (sec.123-ssec.2) The application must be in the approved form. (sec.123-ssec.3) The chief executive may— approve the logbook for the licence; or refuse to approve the logbook for the licence. (sec.123-ssec.4) If the chief executive refuses to approve the logbook, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice about the decision.

- (b) refuse to approve the logbook for the licence.
