sec.120 Issue of fisher PIN for particular transferees
This section applies if— the chief executive registers the transfer of line units, SM units or T4-ITQ units; and the transferee did not hold any units of the same type immediately before the transfer. The chief executive must, immediately after the transfer is registered, issue the transferee a 4-digit identity number (a fisher PIN ) for the line units, SM units or T4-ITQ units. (sec.120-ssec.1) This section applies if— the chief executive registers the transfer of line units, SM units or T4-ITQ units; and the transferee did not hold any units of the same type immediately before the transfer. (sec.120-ssec.2) The chief executive must, immediately after the transfer is registered, issue the transferee a 4-digit identity number (a fisher PIN ) for the line units, SM units or T4-ITQ units.
- (a) the chief executive registers the transfer of line units, SM units or T4-ITQ units; and
- (b) the transferee did not hold any units of the same type immediately before the transfer.
