sec.12 Restriction on authorisation may apply in more than 1 way
A restriction under this division may apply to the authorised person in more than 1 way. An authorised person may be authorised to take fish in a commercial fishery only in a particular area within the fishery’s fishery area, using only a particular type of fishing apparatus, and only during a particular period.
