sec.111 Quota authority certificates for more than 1 type of particular quota units
This section applies if a person holds more than 1 type of the following quota units (each a prescribed quota unit )— line units; ENL-ITQ units; C1-ITQ units; hand-harvest ITQ units; select coral ITQ units. Only 1 quota authority certificate may be issued to the person for all of the prescribed quota units held by the person. The quota authority certificate for the prescribed quota units must state, for each type of prescribed quota units for which the certificate is issued— the fish that may be taken under the units; and if applicable, the region in which the fish may be taken under the units. s 111 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 153 amd 2023 SL No. 44 s 9 (sec.111-ssec.1) This section applies if a person holds more than 1 type of the following quota units (each a prescribed quota unit )— line units; ENL-ITQ units; C1-ITQ units; hand-harvest ITQ units; select coral ITQ units. (sec.111-ssec.2) Only 1 quota authority certificate may be issued to the person for all of the prescribed quota units held by the person. (sec.111-ssec.3) The quota authority certificate for the prescribed quota units must state, for each type of prescribed quota units for which the certificate is issued— the fish that may be taken under the units; and if applicable, the region in which the fish may be taken under the units.
