sec.10B Restriction on possessing commercial fishing apparatus
This section applies if a fishery provision about the commercial fishery states that commercial fishing apparatus may be possessed in the fishery area of the fishery only in stated circumstances or in a stated way. The authorised person may possess the commercial fishing apparatus only in the stated circumstances or stated way. s 10B ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 4 (sec.10B-ssec.1) This section applies if a fishery provision about the commercial fishery states that commercial fishing apparatus may be possessed in the fishery area of the fishery only in stated circumstances or in a stated way.
