sec.107 Definitions for part
In this part— quota units means— effort units for a trawl region; or SM units; or line units; or C2-ITQ units; or T4-ITQ units; or ENL-ITQ units; or C1-ITQ units; or hand-harvest ITQ units; or select coral ITQ units. s 107 def quota units amd 2020 SL No. 236 ss 11 (1) , 150 (1) – (2) ; 2023 SL No. 44 s 7 (1) quota year means— for effort units for a trawl region—an effort year; or for SM units—an SM year; or for line units—a line year; or for C2-ITQ units—a C2-ITQ year; or for T4-ITQ units—a T4-ITQ year; or for ENL-ITQ units—an ENL-ITQ year; or for C1-ITQ units—a C1-ITQ year; or for hand-harvest ITQ units—a hand-harvest ITQ year; or for select coral ITQ units—a select coral ITQ year. s 107 def quota year amd 2020 SL No. 236 ss 11 (2) , 150 (3) – (4) ; 2023 SL No. 44 s 7 (2)

- (b) SM units; or
- (c) line units; or
