sec.106V No carrying forward of unused entitlement
This section applies if, in a hand-harvest ITQ year, the holder of, or a person acting under, hand-harvest ITQ units takes an amount of prescribed hand-harvest ITQ fish that is less than the total entitlements under the holder’s hand-harvest ITQ units. The holder of the hand-harvest ITQ units is taken, at the end of the hand-harvest ITQ year, to have used all the entitlements under the hand-harvest ITQ units held by the holder for the hand-harvest ITQ year. s 106V ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 149 (sec.106V-ssec.1) This section applies if, in a hand-harvest ITQ year, the holder of, or a person acting under, hand-harvest ITQ units takes an amount of prescribed hand-harvest ITQ fish that is less than the total entitlements under the holder’s hand-harvest ITQ units. (sec.106V-ssec.2) The holder of the hand-harvest ITQ units is taken, at the end of the hand-harvest ITQ year, to have used all the entitlements under the hand-harvest ITQ units held by the holder for the hand-harvest ITQ year.
