sec.106R References to prescribed hand-harvest ITQ fish and hand-harvest ITQ licence
A reference to prescribed hand-harvest ITQ fish in relation to a hand-harvest ITQ unit is a reference to the fish stated for the hand-harvest ITQ unit in schedule 9 , part 4 .
