sec.106P Meaning of hand-harvest ITQ year
Hand-harvest ITQ year means— for R-ITQ units—the period of 9 months starting on 1 January in a year and ending on 30 September in the year; or for other hand-harvest ITQ units—the period of 1 year starting on 1 July in a year and ending on 30 June in the next year. - (a) for R-ITQ units—the period of 9 months starting on 1 January in a year and ending on 30 September in the year; or
- (b) for other hand-harvest ITQ units—the period of 1 year starting on 1 July in a year and ending on 30 June in the next year.
