sch.7A-sec.90 Dimensions
The trap when set must have the following dimensions— for an eel trap, a frame that is— no longer than 2m; and no wider than 0.6m; and no deeper than 0.6m; for a round eel trap— a diameter of no more than 1m; and a height of no more than 0.6m. sch 7A s 90 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 169
- (a) for an eel trap, a frame that is— (i) no longer than 2m; and (ii) no wider than 0.6m; and (iii) no deeper than 0.6m;
- (i) no longer than 2m; and
- (ii) no wider than 0.6m; and
- (iii) no deeper than 0.6m;
- (b) for a round eel trap— (i) a diameter of no more than 1m; and (ii) a height of no more than 0.6m.
- (i) a diameter of no more than 1m; and
- (ii) a height of no more than 0.6m.
- (i) no longer than 2m; and
