sch.7A-sec.5 What fish may be taken
Fish other than the following fish may be taken under the licence— barramundi; sea cucumber; shell grit; star sand; any species of coral, oyster, pearl oyster or trochus. In this section— sea cucumber does not include fish of the following species— Bohadschia graeffei ; Calachrius crassus ; Cucmaria miniata ; Euapta godeffroyi ; Holothuria edulis ; Holothuria hilla ; Opheodesoma spp.; Pentacta anceps ; Pentacta lutea ; Pseudocolchirus violaceus ; Stichopus noctivagus ; Synapta maculata . sch 7A s 5 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 169 (sch.7A-sec.5-ssec.1) Fish other than the following fish may be taken under the licence— barramundi; sea cucumber; shell grit; star sand; any species of coral, oyster, pearl oyster or trochus.
