The trap must have attached to it a float that is— solid, light-coloured and clearly visible on the surface of the water; and no less than 15cm in any dimension; and marked with— the number of the licence under which the trap is being used; and the first name and surname of the holder of the licence. sch 7A s 45 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 169
