sch.7A-sec.37 Way fish may be taken
A person may take eels only by using an eel trap or a round eel trap. A person may use an eel trap or round eel trap to take eels only if— the trap complies with subdivision 2 ; and the use of the trap complies with subdivision 3 . sch 7A s 37 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 169 (sch.7A-sec.37-ssec.1) A person may take eels only by using an eel trap or a round eel trap. (sch.7A-sec.37-ssec.2) A person may use an eel trap or round eel trap to take eels only if— the trap complies with subdivision 2 ; and the use of the trap complies with subdivision 3 .
- (a) the trap complies with subdivision 2 ; and
- (b) the use of the trap complies with subdivision 3 .
