Sea cucumber may be taken in a hand-harvest ITQ year only if the sea cucumber is taken under the following hand-harvest ITQ units with unused entitlements for the hand-harvest ITQ year— for black teatfish—B1B-ITQ units; for white teatfish—B1W-ITQ units; for other sea cucumber—B1O-ITQ units. sch 7A s 20 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 169
