sch.4-sec.27 Use of seine nets
A seine net may be used only if the net— is no longer than 500m; and has— a mesh size of at least 12mm but no more than 70mm; and a drop of at least 150 meshes for at least half of its length.
- (a) is no longer than 500m; and
- (b) has— (i) a mesh size of at least 12mm but no more than 70mm; and (ii) a drop of at least 150 meshes for at least half of its length.
