sch.4-sec.134 Way fish may be taken
Fish may be taken only by using a set mesh net. A power assisted device may be used with a set mesh net only if— the net is no longer than 1,800m; and all other nets on board the boat from which the net is being used are stowed and secured. (sch.4-sec.134-ssec.1) Fish may be taken only by using a set mesh net. - (a) the net is no longer than 1,800m; and
