sch.4-sec.124 Use of mesh nets in rivers and creeks
A mesh net may be used in a river or creek only if the net— is no longer than 200m; and has a mesh size of at least 25mm but no more than 45mm.
- (a) is no longer than 200m; and
- (b) has a mesh size of at least 25mm but no more than 45mm.
