sch.4-sec.123 Use of mesh nets in offshore and nearshore waters in Gulf N11 area
This section applies to using a mesh net in the Gulf N11 area. A mesh net may be used— in offshore waters, only if the net— is no longer than 400m; and has a mesh size of at least 25mm but no more than 45mm; and in nearshore waters, only if the net— is no longer than 200m; and has a mesh size of at least 25mm but no more than 45mm. (sch.4-sec.123-ssec.1) This section applies to using a mesh net in the Gulf N11 area. (sch.4-sec.123-ssec.2) A mesh net may be used— in offshore waters, only if the net— is no longer than 400m; and has a mesh size of at least 25mm but no more than 45mm; and in nearshore waters, only if the net— is no longer than 200m; and has a mesh size of at least 25mm but no more than 45mm.
- (a) in offshore waters, only if the net— (i) is no longer than 400m; and (ii) has a mesh size of at least 25mm but no more than 45mm; and
- (i) is no longer than 400m; and
