sch.2-sec.91 Covering net
The part of a net within 100 rows of mesh from its drawstring must not be covered with netting material, unless the material has a mesh size of— if the net is used in a river or creek—at least 28mm; or if the net is used other than in a river or creek—at least 38mm.
