sch.2-sec.144 Purpose of division
This division describes particular areas within the fishery area for either or both of the following purposes— to identify the part of the fishery area within which fish may be taken by trawling under particular licences; for the application of particular restrictions or conditions about the use of nets to take fish by trawling under particular licences. sch 2 s 144 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 159
