sch.2-sec.121 Use of primary boats
It is a condition of the following licences that a primary boat longer than 14m must not be used— M1 licence; M2 licence. It is a condition of the following licences that a primary boat longer than 20m must not be used— T1 licence; T2 licence. It is a condition of the following licences that a primary boat longer than 9m must not be used— T5 licence; T6 licence; T7 licence; T8 licence; T9 licence. sch 2 s 121 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 159 (sch.2-sec.121-ssec.1) It is a condition of the following licences that a primary boat longer than 14m must not be used— M1 licence; M2 licence.
