#### 95 Interpretation In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears: > body includes any body of persons whether incorporated or otherwise. > Chairperson means the Chairperson of the Council. > Council means the Fishing Industry Policy Council established by section 96. > Council report means a report given to the Minister in the performance of a function referred to in section 98. > member means a member of the Council and includes the Chairperson and a Deputy of a member of the Council. > working group means a working group of the Council established under section 109.
