90Public meetings

#### 90 Public meetings (1) For the purpose of consulting with the industry and the public generally, the Authority is to hold public meetings at intervals of not greater than one year and is to take such steps as are reasonably necessary to bring the holding of a proposed meeting to the notice of persons engaged in the industry and members of the public. (2) If the Minister believes that additional consultation by the Authority would be beneficial, the Minister may direct the Authority to conduct an additional public meeting. (3) The Authority must comply with such a direction.
