#### 79 Variation of annual operational plan
(1) Sections 74, 75 and 76 apply to annual operational plans in the same way as they apply to corporate plans.
(2) When submitting to the Minister proposals for variation of a corporate plan, the CEO must also submit to the Minister proposals for any consequential variations of a relevant annual operational plan.
