#### 72 Corporate plans (1) Before preparing a corporate plan under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, the CEO must consult with the peak industry body and with any other person or body considered by the CEO to be appropriate. (2) A corporate plan must be signed by the Chairperson and the CEO.
