84 Notice to be given of location of noxious aquatic species Any person who knowingly comes into possession of, or is in any way concerned in the ownership of, any noxious aquatic species must forthwith in writing give or cause to be given to the Victorian Fisheries Authority information as to the existence and location of that noxious aquatic species. 1. 40 penalty units.
