66P Additional penalty on holder of an individual abalone quota unit in relation to an abalone offence If a person who is the holder of an individual abalone quota unit is convicted or found guilty by a court of an offence under this Act relating to abalone, the court may, in addition to any other penalty that the court may impose for that offence, order the forfeiture of one or more individual abalone quota units held by that person.
