37 Offences relating to commercial abalone equipment (a) use commercial abalone equipment to take more than twice the catch limit for abalone; or (b) possess commercial abalone equipment and more than twice the catch limit for abalone— (a) is acting on behalf of the holder of an access licence who is authorised to do that thing; and (b) is authorised by that access licence to do that thing; and S. 38 substituted by No. 5/1997
