211 Principles to be applied in determining compensation In determining the compensation payable, the Tribunal or the Court is not bound by the exercise of any discretion of the Victorian Fisheries Authority or by any opinion or determination of the Victorian Fisheries Authority, but must determine the compensation payable in the particular circumstances of the case having regard to the provisions of this Act.
