203 Form of notice of referral A notice of referral under section 201 to the Court must be in the form specified by the regulations and must be accompanied by copies of— (a) the notice of cancellation and the direction under which the licence was cancelled; S. 203(b) amended by No. 68/2016 s. 154. (b) the initial offer of compensation made by the Victorian Fisheries Authority (if any); (c) the claim made by the claimant; and S. 203(d) amended by No. 68/2016 s. 154. (d) the reply (if any) of the Victorian Fisheries Authority to the claim. S. 204 inserted by No. 108/2003 s. 47.
