198S Transitional provision for claims by Secretary for return of things seized (a) the Secretary has begun to take reasonable steps under section 106(7) to return a seized thing to its owner; and (b) the Secretary is not satisfied that all reasonable steps have been taken. (2) On and after the commencement day, section 106(7) continues to apply as in force immediately before the commencement day until the Secretary is satisfied that all reasonable steps have been taken.
